Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta dampak ketidakpastian kebijakan perdagangan (trade policy uncertainty) pada periode perang dagang di negara-negara berkembang G20. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 55 perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di bursa efek enam negara berkembang G20, yaitu Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Meksiko, dan Turki, pada periode 2018-2023, dengan total 330 observasi data panel seimbang. Data keuangan diperoleh dari basis data Osiris (Bureau van Dijk), sedangkan data Trade Policy Uncertainty Index diperoleh dari Caldara et al. Likuiditas diukur dengan Current Ratio, profitabilitas dengan Return on Assets, dan nilai perusahaan dengan Tobin's Q. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pemilihan model melalui Uji Chow, Uji Breusch-Pagan, dan Uji Hausman, di mana Random Effects Model dengan robust standard error terpilih sebagai model terbaik untuk mengatasi heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ketidakpastian kebijakan perdagangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sebaliknya, likuiditas tidak memiliki hubungan yang berarti dengan nilai perusahaan. Pola semacam ini menunjukkan bahwa investor di pasar berkembang G20 lebih memperhatikan seberapa efisien aset dikelola dibandingkan posisi likuiditas, sekaligus memperkuat pandangan bahwa meningkatnya ketegangan perdagangan global memberikan tekanan nyata terhadap cara pasar menilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memperkaya diskusi keilmuan di bidang akuntansi keuangan mengenai pentingnya kinerja perusahaan selama periode ketidakstabilan perdagangan dunia.
