Analisis Konseptual Investasi Hijau Dalam Mendukung Pembangunan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan

Investasi hijau telah menjadi salah satu alat strategis utama untuk mentransformasi perekonomian menuju ekonomi rendah karbon dan proyek-proyek konstruksi yang sedang berjalan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji strategi dan dinamika investasi dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi yang sedang berlangsung dengan membahas landasan teoretis, perkembangan global, serta tantangan implementasi, khususnya di negara-negara berkembang. Melalui kajian pustaka dan analisis konseptual, penelitian ini mengkaji beberapa perspektif akademis dari literatur mengenai ekonomi lingkungan, investasi jangka panjang, dan strategi konstruksi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berinvestasi dalam sektor hijau dapat memberikan dua manfaat: secara ekonomi, hal ini dapat menciptakan peluang kerja baru dan kemajuan teknologi, sementara secara ekologis, hal ini dapat mengurangi emisi karbon dan melindungi lingkungan. Namun, sejumlah tantangan, seperti asimetri informasi, risiko regulasi, dan keterbatasan kapasitas kelembagaan, tetap menjadi hambatan utama. Keberhasilan investasi hijau memerlukan sistem kebijakan yang terpadu, instrumen keuangan yang inovatif, serta kolaborasi multipihak antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat setempat.
