Pengaruh Digital Financial Literacy Dan Adopsi Mobile Fintech Terhadap Digital Financial Inclusion Generasi Z Dengan Moderasi Gender Dan Pendapatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan adopsi mobile fintech dan inklusi keuangan digital (digital financial inclusion) pada Generasi Z di Solo Raya. Berbasis Mobile Technology Acceptance Model (MTAM) yang diperluas dengan digital financial literacy (DFL) dan mobile perceived financial cost (MPFC), studi ini mengevaluasi peran behavioral intention (BI) dan use behavior (UB) terhadap digital financial inclusion (DFI). Data dikumpulkan dari 175 responden Generasi Z di wilayah Solo Raya dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) serta Multi-Group Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital financial literacy (DFL) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mobile ease of use (MEoU) dan mobile usefulness (MU). Kedua variabel tersebut secara signifikan mendorong behavioral intention (BI), yang menjadi determinan utama (use behavior) UB dan Peningkatan digital financial inclusion (DFI). Sebaliknya, mobile perceived financial cost (MPFC) tidak berpengaruh signifikan, secara koefisien menunjukkan bahwa bagi Generasi Z, nilai manfaat lebih dominan dibandingkan biaya. Analisis moderasi mengonfirmasi bahwa gender memengaruhi jalur behavioral intention (BI) ke use behavior (UB), namun tingkat pendapatan tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan dalam model ini. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembang fintech dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi layanan keuangan digital yang lebih inklusif.
