Abstract

Financial planning is a fundamental aspect of a business plan, as it serves as the basis for determining a venture's sustainability and growth. This study aims to analyze the financial planning and feasibility of PT. Biofuel Unggul Lestari (BUL), a company operating in the used cooking oil (UCO) industry using sustainable sources. The evaluation encompasses five key components: financial goals and objectives, cost planning, projected financial statements, investment feasibility analysis, and financial performance measurement. The analysis indicates that, with an initial capital requirement of IDR 16,500,000,000, the company is projected to increase its export volume from 800 tons to 1,600 tons by the end of the fifth year. This volume increase supports revenue growth and generates a net profit exceeding IDR 6 billion. The investment feasibility analysis reveals an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 12.8%, a positive Net Present Value (NPV) at a 10% discount rate, and a payback period of five years. Regarding financial performance, the company demonstrates improvements in liquidity, solvency, and profitability indicators throughout the projection period. These results indicate that structured financial planning effectively supports capital management, cost control, and business expansion. Based on these indicators, PT. BUL’s business plan is deemed financially feasible and holds prospects for sustainable business development.
