Abstract

Korosi pada pipa distribusi air minum merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menyebabkan penurunan ketebalan dinding pipa, kebocoran jaringan, serta peningkatan Non-Revenue Water (NRW), sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang tidak hanya mengukur laju korosi tetapi juga mampu mengestimasi umur layan sebagai dasar pengelolaan aset infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengestimasi sisa umur layan pipa distribusi air minum berdasarkan analisis laju korosi menggunakan metode weight loss serta mengusulkan Indeks Prioritas Penggantian Pipa (IP3) sebagai alat pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan prioritas rehabilitasi jaringan. Penelitian dilakukan pada sembilan sampel pipa baja berdiameter 2 inci dan 4 inci dengan umur operasi 5–25 tahun yang diambil dari tiga segmen jaringan distribusi PDAM Mojokerto, yaitu dekat reservoir, bagian tengah, dan ujung jaringan. Pengujian laju korosi dilakukan menggunakan metode weight loss sesuai standar ASTM G31, kemudian dihitung nilai corrosion rate (CR), estimasi sisa umur layan (remaining service life), serta nilai IP3 yang dikembangkan melalui pembobotan laju korosi (40%), umur pipa (30%), dan sisa umur layan (30%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi berkisar antara 0,08–0,31 mm/tahun dengan estimasi sisa umur layan sebesar 13–50 tahun. Pipa pada segmen ujung jaringan memiliki laju korosi tertinggi sekaligus sisa umur layan terpendek, sehingga memperoleh nilai IP3 tertinggi dan direkomendasikan sebagai prioritas utama rehabilitasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode weight loss mampu memberikan estimasi umur layan yang representatif, sedangkan IP3 menawarkan pendekatan yang sistematis untuk mendukung penentuan prioritas penggantian pipa
