Abstract

Proses produksi krimer bubuk memiliki karakteristik bahaya yang kompleks karena melibatkan bahan berbentuk serbuk halus, mesin bertekanan, temperatur tinggi, bahan kimia pembersih, perpindahan material, dan aktivitas manual berulang. Kondisi tersebut menuntut pemetaan risiko yang tidak hanya menilai kejadian kecelakaan, tetapi juga memprioritaskan penyebab yang mampu memicu beberapa kejadian sekaligus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kejadian dan agen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, menentukan agen risiko prioritas, serta menyusun urutan strategi mitigasi pada proses produksi PT. XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner terhadap 25 responden yang dipilih secara purposif dari area penerimaan bahan, pencampuran, pengeringan semprot, produksi, pengemasan, laboratorium pengendalian mutu, dan fungsi keselamatan kerja. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan House of Risk dua fase. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 16 kejadian risiko dan 16 agen risiko. Agen dengan Aggregate Risk Potential tertinggi adalah paparan debu halus bahan baku dengan nilai 470, diikuti sumber percikan dari gumpalan krimer hangus dengan nilai 369. Sepuluh agen prioritas menyumbang 87,88% dari total potensi risiko agregat. Pada fase mitigasi, prosedur Clean as You Go memperoleh nilai Effectiveness to Difficulty tertinggi sebesar 3.033, disusul penggunaan alat pelindung diri lengkap sebesar 1.896 dan pelatihan pengangkatan manual sebesar 1.611. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian segera berbasis kebersihan area dan kepatuhan pekerja perlu dipadukan dengan investasi rekayasa berupa pengendalian debu dan proteksi kebakaran. Pendekatan bertahap tersebut memberikan dasar operasional bagi perusahaan untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya keselamatan secara lebih terarah.
