Hubungan Moral Disengagement dan Dukungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Perilaku Bystander pada Situasi Bullying di SMA X Kota Bandung

Bullying merupakan permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi pada remaja dan melibatkan berbagai peran bystander dalam situasi tersebut. Perilaku bystander dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kognitif dan sosial, seperti Moral Disengagement dan dukungan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Moral Disengagement dan dukungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku bystander pada situasi bullying di SMA X Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 114 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Moral Disengagement dan dukungan teman sebaya tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan perilaku defender (F = 0,221; p = 0,802; R² = 0,004). Sebaliknya, kedua variabel berhubungan secara signifikan dengan perilaku outsider (F = 21,447; p < 0,001; R² = 0,279) dan Reinforcement (F = 15,129; p < 0,001; R² = 0,214). Secara parsial, Moral Disengagement dan dukungan teman sebaya menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap outsider dan Reinforcement (p < 0,05), tetapi tidak terhadap defender (p > 0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Moral Disengagement dan dukungan teman sebaya lebih berkaitan dengan kecenderungan siswa untuk bersikap pasif atau memperkuat perilaku bullying dibandingkan membela korban.
