Pengaruh Beban Kerja Mental Dan Kecemasan Terhadap Safety Behavior Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Packaging

Kecelakaan kerja di sektor manufaktur masih menjadi permasalahan yang dipengaruhi oleh tingginya perilaku tidak aman pekerja. Kondisi ini menunjukkan pentingnya safety behavior dalam upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja mental dan kecemasan terhadap safety behavior pada 81 pekerja produksi di perusahaan manufaktur packaging. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) dan kuesioner safety behavior. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja mental terhadap safety behavior dengan p-value = 0,011 (< 0,05) dan kecemasan terhadap safety behavior dengan p-value = 0,007 (< 0,05) terhadap safety behavior. Hasil uji pengaruh menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mental dan kecemasan secara serentak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety behavior dengan p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05). Secara parsial, beban kerja mental dengan p-value = 0,003 (< 0,05) dan kecemasan dengan p-value = 0,001 (< 0,05) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety behavior. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan beban kerja mental dan kecemasan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku keselamatan kerja, Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan beban kerja mental dan kecemasan pekerja perlu menjadi bagian dari upaya peningkatan keselamatan kerja di perusahaan manufaktur ini.
