Analisis Hubungan Kualitas Tidur dan Kondisi Psikososial Terhadap Stres Kerja Pekerja Operator Produksi IPAM PERUMDA Air Minum

Stres kerja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan kerja yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi fisik, psikologis, dan kinerja pekerja. Operator produksi Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPAM) memiliki risiko mengalami stres kerja karena bekerja dengan sistem shift, tuntutan pekerjaan, serta faktor psikososial di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kualitas tidur, work-family conflict, family-work conflict, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja pada operator produksi IPAM PERUMDA Air Minum. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 65 pekerja yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidur, work-family conflict, authoritarian leadership, dan laissez-faire leadership memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Pekerja dengan kualitas tidur buruk, work-family conflict tinggi, serta persepsi yang tinggi terhadap authoritarian leadership dan laissez-faire leadership cenderung memiliki tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi. Sementara itu, family-work conflict dan democratic leadership tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan disarankan melakukan upaya pengendalian melalui edukasi sleep hygiene, monitoring work-family conflict, peningkatan dukungan atasan, pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi supervisor, serta penyediaan media komunikasi dan penyampaian masukan bagi pekerja. Upaya tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu menurunkan risiko stres kerja pada operator produksi IPAM
