Pengaruh Pembayaran QRIS, Persepsi Manfaat dan Kemudahan Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Dengan Kepuasan Pengguna Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembayaran QRIS, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dengan kepuasan pengguna sebagai variabel moderasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pesatnya adopsi sistem pembayaran digital di kalangan mahasiswa yang berpotensi memengaruhi pola konsumsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif pengguna QRIS, dengan teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan 176 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran QRIS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa (koefisien = 0,700; T-statistik = 9,840; p = 0,000). Persepsi manfaat juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (koefisien = 0,510; T-statistik = 4,716; p = 0,000). Sementara itu, persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan (koefisien = 0,171; T-statistik = 1,062; p = 0,144). Kepuasan pengguna sebagai variabel moderasi tidak terbukti memperkuat atau memperlemah secara signifikan hubungan antara variabel independen dan perilaku konsumtif. Nilai R² sebesar 0,806 menunjukkan kemampuan model yang kuat dalam menjelaskan variasi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembayaran QRIS dan persepsi manfaat merupakan faktor dominan yang mendorong perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di era digital.
